1 lb Marinated Beef or Chicken Strips 3 cups Pre-cut Veggies, onions, red, green and yellow peppers and mushrooms 6 large flour tortillas 1/2 cup taco sauce or salsa
Stir fry meat in frying pan for 2-3 minutes until cooked. Remove. Add veggies to frying pan and stir fry for 2-3 minutes. Combine meat and veggies together in frying pan. Remove from heat. Add 1/4 to 1/2 cup filling in large flour tortilla Top with salsa or taco sauce Fold, envelope-style to eat.

Ingredient list
Dressing
2 tbsp white vinegar
3 tbsp sugar or splenda
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
Mix together in a bowl.
Salad
1 cup cooked cubed chicken
2 cups shredded cabbage
2 chopped green onions
1 cup chow main noodles (or other crunchy noodle) 2 tbsp slivered almonds
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Top with dressing.
