Rule #1 - Everything is fine in moderation

I have always believed when it comes to food that everything is fine in moderation. I think it would be a shame to out right ban chocolate brownies or potatoe chips. With that said I also know I shouldn't eat the entire tray of browines or the bag of chips. That would be ignoring the moderation rule.

Rule #2 - Drink plenty of water

Every part of our body requires water. Everything from our brain to our toe nails. Drink water.

Rule #3 - Track your weight

Keeping track of you weight holds you accountable to what you eat. This website is not intended to be a weight-loss site. But lets face it no ones goal is to become heavier. Unless you are a a sumo wrestler or small and have to gain weight for medical or professional reasons.
